Waves in Hopeman harbour lapping the wall in slow motion

Extreme long shot the close up the medium shot then goes to the waves again

Finished work close up of bag of him packing shows hands putting stuff in bag then pans to face

Quick cut to show him closing door everything in the room goes black, then it’s a shot of troy head coming up over the hill with Hopeman in the background

The sequence of him walking takes about two minutes

Long shot of him changes as he walks up toward the camera with fades in-between shots

Troy stone struggles with his daily life, a small time fisher off the coast, who doesn't catch much that all changes after he is gifted with powers in his somewhere he doesn't know probably a radioactive fish with no family or friends or girlfriend he just ends up helping random people and finally after a long time finds love.

Intro analysis for memento

The clip starts off with a person looking at a developed photograph as soon as you start watching it and the clip goes in reverse as the photograph gets less developed the intro symbolises his loss of memory in the rest of the movie, in memento the whole narrative is in reveres and this is shown in the intro really well as you watch the intro you find out what has just happened and you feel abit like the guy. The sound in the clip is diagetic meening that it goes with the clip and it suits the genral feeling there is also a heartbeat going through the clip that isn’t slowed down and reversed showing that he lives even thow that the things going on in his live is in the worng order and don’t make sense

Audience Research

The audience for our movie will be strongly influenced by the adverts in YouTube and in the cinema from trailers and such, it is imperative that the adverts attract the audience for our film and are show in the important setting for it to be show. The opening sequence is important for the mood and the general outlook for the rest of the film if it has a bad opening sequence it doesn’t matter that rest of the film is good the audienc. Opening sequences can become famouys for example star wars casino royale and rocky.

The next image is of a stark contrast to the first 3 because it says “enjoy a fresh cup of coffee” and this makes me wonder how it could relate to the others

The next image is of the “enjoy a fresh cup of coffee” machine but a person in front it and another person next to him a co-worker or a boss that is using his hands to say something

The next is just a image of a corridor setting the location

We have the people that where infront of the coffee machine earlier but they are walking down the corridor with a pretty woman behind them

The next image is of a hub of golf carts but with business people around them they are probably used to just get around the office or lab or whatnot

The final image is of the title “a cabin in the woods” with the office people behind it.

We were given a task to make a 5 frame media video only using jelly babies and Plasticine  It was quite a bit of fun with no kerfuffles  and we uploaded the video onto youtube it was small so it didn't take long. I drew a storyboard and for some reason this picture has Joseph's creepy face on it.
